Fernley, NV and Mark IV Capital Secure $25 Million US DOT RAISE Grant For Victory Logistics District

On August 10, 2022, the US DOT announced that $25,000,000 in funding from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law was awarded to the city of Fernley to support the Victory Logistics District, which will complete the Nevada Pacific Parkway connection from I-80 to Highway 50. The project will create construction jobs providing critical transportation infrastructure that supports the buildout of the Victory Logistics District, and it is expected to bring thousands of additional jobs to the region over the coming years.

Mark IV Capital is developing the Victory Logistics District, a best-in-class 4,300 acre rail-served industrial district in the City of Fernley.   Victory is the only master-planned industrial center capable of meeting the growing need for distribution, manufacturing, logistics and data center development in the region. In addition to solving traffic congestion and safety concerns through the completion of Nevada Pacific Parkway, this grant will also help expand industrial rail access to manufacturing and distribution tenants within Victory which will provide them with more sustainable and reliable logistics solutions to ship products throughout the country.
