Fairview, TX US EDA Economic Adjustment Assistance Grant
In 2020, the Town of Fairview, TX sought KA personnel support to apply for US EDA grant funds to construct a new four-lane divided Frisco Road which will extend from SH5 to SH121/Spur 399 with direct access to US 75. The project will directly support two beneficiaries - The McKinney Medical Center and the Billingsley Company. Billingsley will develop a 242-acre parcel of land zoned Mixed-Use into a medical technology, office, and commercial development park. McKinney Medical Center will complete their planned hospital expansions.
The increase in value of new development will generate approximately $66.6 million for the Town and $41.6 million for Allen County in new ad valorem tax revenue.
The Town received a $3 million EDA grant award.

These projects are part of the Town of Fairview, TX US EDA $3 million grant to construct Frisco Road. The project will generate more than $66 million in ad valorem taxes for the Town of Fairview.
